1. Forecasting demand planning by studying past data & future. 2. Procurement of RM & PM, Vendor Management, Negotiations, Service agreements while working on new strategies to optimise inventory 3. Warehouse Management – Inbound Process, Outbound Process & Store Arrangement 4. Production Planning & Scheduling, Manpower Utilisation & Optimisation, Safety, and on-time delivery. 5. Tracking inward & outward transportation cost & continuously optimising them 6. Ensuring maintenance
