Job Description
Oversee HR activities for over 200 employees across unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled qualifications Source candidates through Recruitment agencies and online portals on job vacancies at the company’s Manufacturing Facilities Shortlist CVs and conduct first-round interviews of candidates Maintain employee Documentation across lifecycle from joining to F&F Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll Coordinate with internal teams to organize Training Programs for new employees Organize quarterly/annual performance reviews and setting Performance Targets. Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English Good Time Management and Organisation Skills Experience: 4-5yrs in a Manufacturing Company
