Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving FGII’s digital ad campaigns on Meta and Google ecosystem, ensuring that the performance marketing objectives are executed and KPI’s met month on month. The candidate will also manage Media Buying process and activities with 3rd party websites/e commerce sites/publications/OTTs etc. Overall, ensure successful execution, optimization, reporting and analysis of key KPIs via paid & owned media channels In-depth knowledge of Meta (FB, Instagram Ad Manager) and Google. Ability to independently set up campaigns with a clear understanding of tools and dashboard functioning Responsible for taking campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics Analysis of recommended optmitisation techniques and it’s impact on metrics Drive optimisation techniques to improve return on investment and efficient CAC Agency SPOC for day to day campaign management – with a focus on timely execution, driving A/B testing, scaling tests and regular reporting Create daily, weekly, monthly reports and develop detailed analysis. Communicate insights from campaigns timely. Assist in maintaining cross functional reports. Creation and achievement of benchmarks for each KPI, platform and campaign type Highly analytical mindset, able to use data and turn them into actionable insights Leverage customer insights to better segmentation, target and reach potential customers Recommend, test and drive innovations on new ad tech, additional channels, using latest tools and trending digital format Understanding of website, app tech ecosystems, analytics and tech integrations is a must Should have knowledge of media planning and performance marketing on Facebook and Google, understand how to operate the ad managers and dashboard on FB and google. Media Agency experience will be good. However industry non BFSI is also okay Lead generation, impressions and CPC based campaigns experience is a must - should understand a metric and KPI driven performance marketing approach Self-starter, good with numbers. 5 to 10 years of experience is must
