Job Description
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully. • Design and implement a strategic Sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence • Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status for POS and Auto ID • Identify potential customer types to further develop POS business growth (Resellers, Integrators, Corporate Customers) • Increasing the ATV of current customers while attracting new ones. • Develop healthy and practical pipeline for POS/AutoID business in India. • Present sales, revenue and Pipeline reports and realistic forecasts to the management team • Attend conferences, Webinars, meetings, and virtual / industry events. • Develop quotations / proposals and tenders • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Committed to continuous education through workshops, Webinars / Seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets. • Strong business sense and industry expertise • Excellent people management skills • Local market knowledge of Indian market is a must. • Specialized in Point Of Sale (POS) and Auto ID business • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasks. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, PPT, Word) • Skillful in preparing and presenting daily, weekly & monthly sales forecast and reports. • Be willing to travel for Demos / POC within KSA • Point Of Sale (POS) software / AUTO ID knowledge will be an advantage • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field • HP POS Knowledge will be an added advantage –
