\"? Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues. ? Handling correspondence directed to managers. ? Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems. ? Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. ? Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. ? Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client ? Excellent time management skills and well-developed organisational skills. ? Act as a point of contact for all clients and to prioritise and manage the manager’s time ? Calendar management - schedule internal and client meetings. ? Vendor Management ? Arrange audio and video conference meetings/calls. ? Managing executive business itinerary for visiting Partners, includes arranging client meetings and logistics. ? Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, tickets, business visa etc. ? Promptly answer calls with courteous, professional and routing calls appropriately. ? Interact with internal and external clients, senior officials to coordinate conference calls, organise meetings, schedule appointments and manage calendar, update contacts database.\"
