Job Profile and Responsibilities 1. Sourcing Potential new customers. 2. Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products. 3. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. Recording and maintaining client contact data. 4. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers. 5. Traveling to the customer\s location to talk about our product range. 6. Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. 7. Fully understanding customer’s needs and requirements. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. 8. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Solving client problems. 9. Provide customers with quotations. 10. Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and closing sales. 11. Composing Tender Documents and customer proposals. 12. Maintaining strong customer relations. 13. Attending product training courses and seminars. 14. Meeting Sales Targets, review your own Sales Performance, Administering client accounts, Analysing Costs and sales, Preparing reports for head office. 15. Being familiar with competitors\ activities and products. 16. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. 17. Represent organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. 18. Identify new markets and business opportunities 19. Candidates should be graduated in BE in Mechanical .
