Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative(B2C) to join our team, a modern bedding brand and sub brand. As a Sales Representative(B2C), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with customers in and around Mumbai. Key Responsibilities - Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing customers Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support Communicate effectively in Hindi (Primary), English (Secondary), and Marathi (Secondary) languages Attend trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on our products and their features Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Be willing to travel in and around Mumbai for field work Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets Qualifications - Minimum of a graduate degree in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competitive base salary Plus, incentive based on sales performance
