Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify markets and assess customer needs, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, building trust and loyalty. - Proactively call leads to generate new clients and contribute to business growth. - Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers, utilizing appropriate methods and tools. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly in English, ensuring effective verbal and written interactions with customers. - Display flexibility with work hours and be proactive in taking initiatives to meet customer demands and organizational objectives. - Follow a 6-day working schedule with Sundays off, although flexibility may be required based on business requirements. - Emphasize and maintain an exceptional level of communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. Job Description ? Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. ? Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads. ? Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts. ? Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners. ? Become a product expert and be able to effectively present the company’s items to current and new customers. ? Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. ? Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. ? Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company.
