Good at Microsoft Excel, writing emails and documentation. Should be able to make calls to vendors/customers and receive calls in fluent English. Should be able to maintain support tracker, call tracker and other internal MIS. Should be able to work in a team and share responsibilities. Experience 6months to 1year.
