Responsibilities: 1) To take care of entire end to end recruitment process 2) To review prevailing in-house HR policies and make necessary amendments as and when required 3) To access training needs and co-ordinate learning and development of each employee 4) To reduce employee attrition and hire right fit for the job 5) To develop fair HR policies and make sure the employees comply with it. 6) To manage employee grievances 7) To conduct exit interview with outgoing employee 8) To maintain records of hired employees 9) To have thorough & updated knowledge of labor laws, compliances etc 10) Last but not the least, to act as a bridge between employee and the management.
