Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outbound sales process, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the team and adherence to quality standards and performance metrics
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their targets and KPIs
Develop and implement strategic initiatives and action plans to drive sales growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue generation
Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address issues and optimize performance
Collaborate with sales, training, quality assurance, and other teams to develop and implement training programs, process improvements, and best practices to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
Monitor and manage staffing levels, resource allocation, and workload distribution to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
Serve as a point of contact for escalations, issue resolution, and customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare and present reports, analysis, and insights on team performance, trends, and key metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
