Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions tailored to customer needs. You will play a key role in representing JES and strengthening our position as the preferred supplier and partner in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales Team to define and execute sales and growth strategies for key customers, aligned with business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong, credible relationships with customers.
Utilize product and industry knowledge to present and deliver value-added solutions that address customer challenges.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Prepare and work on technical sales proposals and engineering drawings.
Ensure continued service and growth of existing customers.
Work under the direction of JES Management and International Partners to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
Continuously monitor, improve, and communicate action plans to ensure superior customer experience.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Engineering degree in Instrumentation or Electronics.
5-7 years of total professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of Sales Account Management experience.
Experience in customer solution sales, with a strong ability to understand and resolve customer pain points.
Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills with strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
