Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 2–3 years
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in both organic and paid strategies, content creation, community management, influencer collaborations, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media strategies (organic + paid)

Create and schedule engaging content

Monitor trends and adapt to platform changes

Manage communities and respond to comments/messages

Analyze performance metrics and generate insights

Collaborate with influencers and identify new growth channels

Apply basic SEO knowledge to enhance content reach

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in social media management

Proficient in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, scheduling tools, and analytics

Strong communication and creative skills

Knowledge of KPIs and SEO basics
