Job Title: Asst Manager / Manager – Accounts & Finance
Location: Mulund Head Office
Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience: 7 to 10+ years (Preferably in Manufacturing Sector)
Qualification: B. Com (First Class Preferred), Inter CA
Preferred Candidate Location: Mulund, Bhandup, Thane (Nearby Mulund)
Joining: Immediate preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Finalization of accounts and managing statutory audits independently
Preparation of monthly and annual management performance reports
Month-end/year-end book closure entries and reconciliations
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Risk identification and implementation of mitigation measures
Capex evaluation and complete fixed asset management
Analysis of financial performance and profitability
Coordinate with auditors, handle queries and ensure compliance
Salary tax computation, documentation, and filing
TDS knowledge: filing e-TDS returns, rectification, salary TDS
GST compliance: GSTR-1, 3B, reconciliation (2B), annual filings, e-invoicing
Debtors/creditors reconciliation, resolving GST credit mismatches
Maintain personal balance sheets and investment details for group individuals
Knowledge of mutual funds, equity investments, capital gains, and personal taxation
Inventory verification, coordination with factory for stock and material audits
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel
Ability to adapt and implement software solutions, including modifications at Tally master level
Clear and professional email drafting and communication skills
Should be stable in previous roles (3–4 years minimum per company)
Team leadership and people management skills – able to guide and motivate juniors
