Job Title: Senior Manager/ Associate Director – Sales (Health & Wellness)
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Work Mode: Work-from-office
Mode of Interview: Virtual + Final Face-to-Face
Budget: ₹22–25 LPA
Relevant Experience Required: 8–12 years
Industry Preference: Health & Wellness, Lifestyle, Travel & Tourism (preferred exposure to top tours/operators)

Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals with proven expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, a strong industry network, and the ability to drive strategic growth in the Health & Wellness category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and onboard potential partners relevant for BNPL, execute strategic plans, and build long-term collaborations.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving trust and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand into new markets/channels and achieve revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and market dynamics within the Health & Wellness and lifestyle sectors.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive landscape and new opportunities in the BNPL space.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support business objectives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and present business performance, sales metrics, and market insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management, preferably in: Beauty & Personal Care, Nutrition & Supplements, Healthcare & Medical, Digital Health Tech, Mental Wellness, Fitness & Physical Activity
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Travel & Tourism (business development, market insights, partner ecosystem) is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel inter-city and intra-city as per business needs.
