Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Apprentices/Trainees to join our Health Sales team. The role involves supporting agent recruitment, driving sales activities, and assisting with customer interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a strong foundation in sales and the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Management & Recruitment
Manage and engage existing agents.
Recruit new agents to expand the distribution network.
Support onboarding and lifecycle management of agents.
Sales & Business Development
Participate in roadshows, field activities, and local market initiatives to generate business.
Execute local schemes, promotions, and engagement activities.
Ensure agent activation, follow-ups, and productivity improvement.
Training & Support
Conduct basic training for agents on product knowledge and sales processes.
Guide agents to enhance their performance and meet sales targets.
Customer Engagement
Assist in addressing customer queries through agents.
Support in building strong and long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
HSC / Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA (Freshers eligible)
Freshers or candidates without an active PF account
Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
Age: 20–25 years
