We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional with strong experience in B2B and OEM sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to hard-core sales, key account management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Drive B2B sales by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify new business opportunities across various industries and convert them into sales.
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
* Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Represent the organization in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, OEM, or key account management.
* Prior sales experience in a manufacturing company is required.
* Strong exposure to hard-core sales with measurable revenue achievements.
* Proven experience in handling key accounts and business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or in a team.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
